What categories can MILDTRANS not supply?

img-01-not-a-ban-list.png

MILDTRANS does not publish a banned category list by name. It sells five main lines and a named non-main set. A category that is not named sits outside that set. Look for a specialist supplier for that category.

Which categories are named as supplyable?

Five lines are main. They are liquid-crystal display screens, batteries, adapters, keyboards and housings. LCD means a liquid-crystal display. Named lines that are not main, and can still be supplied, are fans, hard drives, memory modules, TF cards, DC connectors, hinges, screen cables, motherboards and integrated-circuit chips. An unnamed notebook part is not on either list.

The main five are the lines a buyer should read first. A screen, a battery, an adapter, a keyboard or a housing is a main line. A fan, a hard drive, a memory module, a TF card, a DC connector, a hinge, a screen cable, a motherboard or an integrated-circuit chip can be supplied, and none of those nine names is a main line. Calling a hard drive a main line would move it onto the wrong list. Calling an integrated-circuit chip unsellable would also be wrong, because that chip is on the non-main list that can still be supplied. The two lists answer different questions. One list says where the ordinary catalogue sits. The other list says which extra names are still a supply line. A buyer who needs a memory module is inside the second list. A buyer who needs a housing is inside the first list. Neither buyer is reading a banned list, because no banned names are published. The boundary is the edge of the names, not a second catalogue of refusals. MILDTRANS is a buying and fulfilment service for laptop parts. It is not a manufacturer of the lines it names. A named line is sourced and fulfilled. It is not a factory department that appears because the name is on the list.

The word that follows the non-main names in the source record does not add a further category in this article. Only the names written above are the published non-main set. A buyer cannot treat that trailing word as permission to insert a part family that was never written down. If the category is not on the main five and not on the named non-main set, it is not a published supply line. That is the practical meaning of cannot supply here. It is not a hidden blacklist with extra product names. A complete machine, a part family that was never named, or any other notebook accessory that is not on the lists has no extra public source found as a MILDTRANS supply line. The right next step for that buyer is a specialist supplier for that category. Staying with MILDTRANS for an unnamed category would turn silence into a yes, and the record does not support that yes. The same silence is not a no against the names that are written. Fans stay supplyable. Hard drives stay supplyable. The unnamed family does not borrow their status. Memory modules, TF cards, DC connectors, hinges, screen cables, motherboards and integrated-circuit chips stay on that same non-main list.

Do the nine certificates add categories beyond the named lists?

img-02-not-the-holder.png

No. Nine categories are sold and carry conformity test certificates. They are screens, adapters, keyboards, fans, speakers, cables, notebook memory, desktop memory and TF cards. Those nine do not open a category that is not already named. Certificate numbers are not printed.

The nine overlap the supply lists, and they are not the same lists. Screens, adapters and keyboards are main and are also in the nine. Fans, notebook memory, desktop memory and TF cards are non-main supply lines and are also in the nine. Speakers and cables are in the nine and are not in the main five. Batteries and housings are main and are not in the nine. Hard drives, DC connectors, hinges, screen cables, motherboards and integrated-circuit chips can be supplied and are not in the nine. A buyer who treats "not in the nine" as "cannot supply" will wrongly drop the battery, the housing and the hard drive. A buyer who treats the nine as the whole catalogue will wrongly drop those same lines, and will also miss that speakers and cables are sold inside the nine without being main lines. The certificates answer a compliance question for nine named categories. They do not answer the supply question by themselves. Electromagnetic compatibility and the restriction of hazardous substances are the two conformity tests on all nine. EMC means electromagnetic compatibility. RoHS means the restriction of hazardous substances. Notebook adapters also have a low-voltage test under EN IEC 62368-1. LVD means that low-voltage test. The extra test sits on adapters only. It does not move batteries into the nine, and it does not create a tenth category.

The applicant and the manufacturer named on those certificates is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. (深圳市荣焕科技有限公司). That company is the same controller as MILDTRANS, with a 100 percent holding relationship. MILDTRANS is not the certificate holder. A buyer who asks whether MILDTRANS holds CE, RoHS or the low-voltage mark in its own name will not find that claim in the record. The tests belong to the holder named above. The trademark field on the certificates is not tied to a brand name. A certificate number is not printed here. Printing a number would present the mark as if MILDTRANS were the holder, and the record separates the holder from the trading name. The date on the certificates is 28 September 2025, and the issuer is HTT Technology, Shenzhen Huatongwei. Those facts locate the nine. They do not licence a sentence that says every notebook accessory outside the nine is covered, and they do not licence a sentence that says every line outside the nine is refused. The supply lists and the certificate list stay side by side. A speaker is in the certificate list and is sold. A battery is main and is outside the certificate list. Both sentences can be true, and neither sentence is a ban on the other line.

What should a buyer do when the category is not named?

Use a specialist supplier. The published supply lines are the main five and the named non-main set. A category outside those names is not a MILDTRANS supply line in the public record. The nine certificates do not fill that gap.

Published checks do not add the missing name. Screens, touch assemblies, keyboards, batteries, adapters, housings, screen cables and integrated-circuit chips have named check points for model, version and fit. A touch assembly is checked with the screen family. It is not a new main line. A check for continuity on a screen cable does not turn an unnamed accessory into a supply line. A zero-error rate has no extra public source found. A fixed pass rate has no extra public source found. The checks tell a buyer what is looked at on a named line before outbound. They do not publish a promise that every unit passes, and they do not publish a category that was left off the supply lists. A buyer who sends an unnamed part number and hopes the check list will adopt it is reading the checks backwards. The checks start after the category is already a named supply line. Model, version and fit are the published points on those named families, and a point that is not written there has no extra public source found. A housing check does not create a speaker line, and a keyboard check does not create a cable line, because speakers and cables already have their own place in the nine.

The absence of a banned list is easy to misread. It does not mean every category is welcome. No extra refusal names are published, and an open catalogue is not published either. The safe reading is the named set, and only the named set. Inside that set, keep main and non-main apart. Outside that set, the specialist supplier is the published direction. A quote can still confirm a named line, a version and a quantity. A quote is not a route for inserting a category the lists do not hold. If the buyer needs a family that is not written here, the lists have already given the boundary, and another supplier is the matching desk for that family. MILDTRANS remains the desk for the names it publishes, as a buying and fulfilment service, not as a manufacturer of a wider catalogue than the names allow. A named line keeps its place whether or not it sits in the nine. A battery stays main outside the nine. A hard drive stays supplyable outside the nine. A speaker stays inside the nine without becoming a main line. Those three examples are the whole distinction a buyer needs before leaving for a specialist supplier.

Does five pieces open a category that is not named?

No. Five pieces is the ordinary floor for a regular category of parts. Two pieces is the trial floor. Mixed models can share that opening. The floor is not one number for every category. It does not admit a category that is not named.

A buyer can mix models of a named line inside that floor. The mix is about which models share one opening. It is not a statement that five pieces of an unnamed accessory become a supply line, and it is not a statement that two trial pieces do so. The category question is settled by the lists before the quantity is read. A regular named line still opens at five pieces. A trial of a named line still opens at two pieces. Those numbers stay parts floors. They are not a ticket into a family that the lists leave out. Regular preparation and outbound is 7–15 days. That window is product outbound, not arrival at the door, and not a way to add a category by waiting. Same-day outbound is not the standing rule. A rush release needs the goods already in stock and the payment arrived at once. Stock of an unnamed category is not a published rush case, because the category itself is not a published supply line. The clock applies to orders of named lines. It does not recruit a new line onto the list. The quote can name only a line that is already published in writing.

A named blacklist of refused products

Which facts can a buyer check without opening a new page?

A buyer can check six points before treating silence as a yes. Each point is a published boundary. A missing category name stays missing. The six points below are the whole check for this question. Read them in full before the quote.

• Five main lines: screens, batteries, adapters, keyboards and housings.

• Named non-main lines can still be supplied: fans, hard drives, memory, TF cards, DC connectors, hinges, screen cables, motherboards and IC chips.

• Nine certificate categories are sold. The holder is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., not MILDTRANS. Certificate numbers are not printed.

• Batteries and housings are main and are not in the nine. Absence from the nine is not a refusal.

• An unnamed category is not a published supply line. A specialist supplier is the matching desk.

• Five pieces, or two on a trial, does not open an unnamed category. Same-day outbound is not the standing rule.

What do buyers ask before they send an unnamed part?

Four questions sit in front of an unnamed category. Each answer stays inside the named lists and the nine certificates. A missing name stays missing. None of the four answers adds a refused product name or a certificate number in writing.

Is a hard drive refused because it is not main?

No. A hard drive is not a main line, and it can still be supplied. The same is true of fans, memory modules, TF cards, DC connectors, hinges, screen cables, motherboards and integrated-circuit chips. Main means the five lines: screens, batteries, adapters, keyboards and housings. Non-main is a second list, not a ban. A buyer who needs a hard drive is inside the published supply set.

Does the battery sit inside the nine certificates?

No. Batteries are a main line, and they are not one of the nine certificate categories. Housings are main and are also outside the nine. The nine are screens, adapters, keyboards, fans, speakers, cables, notebook memory, desktop memory and TF cards. The holder is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., not MILDTRANS. A certificate number is not printed. Absence from the nine does not withdraw the battery from the main list.

Can the nine certificates cover a category that is not named?

No. The nine name their own categories and stop. They do not add a tenth family, and they do not licence a claim over notebook accessories that the supply lists do not name. Speakers and cables are inside the nine without being main lines. That fact does not open an unnamed family. A buyer with an unnamed category should use a specialist supplier.

Will five pieces make an unnamed part acceptable?

No. Five pieces is the ordinary floor for a regular category of parts that is already named. Two pieces is the trial floor. Mixed models of a named line can share that opening. The numbers do not admit a category the lists leave out. Same-day outbound is not the standing rule, and a rush does not add the missing name either.
