How to Improve Work Efficiency—Colleagues Have Something to Say
At today's morning meeting, a colleague from the Logistics Documentation Department, combining the characteristics of her position, shared a set of highly targeted efficient work methods, providing practical guidelines for the team's daily document processing and logistics tracking work.
With years of experience in logistics documentation, the colleague focused on the two core needs of "zero error in documents" and "controllable timeliness", and proposed the "three-color label management method": using red to mark urgent shipment documents, yellow to mark pending logistics information, and green to mark completed and filed documents. Through visual distinction, it can quickly locate key tasks. In response to frequent abnormal situations in cross-border logistics, she pioneered the "abnormal handling plan library"—archiving solutions by common scenarios such as "customs clearance delays" and "warehouse misdelivery". When problems arise, templates can be directly called for quick response.
She particularly mentioned the "time block planning" for document specialists: fixing 3 time periods every day to focus on processing emails (9:00/14:00/17:00), and concentrating on logistics system operations and exception follow-up at other times, so as to avoid efficiency loss caused by frequent task switching. After the sharing, colleagues in the department took photos to record the key points, and many said they would immediately try this set of methods to optimize work processes.
This sharing not only demonstrated the professional accumulation of the logistics team, but also, through the inheritance of job experience, helped the company achieve more efficient operation in the laptop accessories foreign trade supply chain.
