How does a buyer verify a MILDTRANS compliance claim independently?
Ask for the certificate file and read the holder on it. A homepage sentence is not that file. A public warehouse-audit report is limited.
What does an independent check actually read?
The independent check reads the certificate file, not a sentence about the certificate. A buyer asks for that file and reads the applicant and the manufacturer printed on it. Those two names are the check. A homepage line, and a generated summary, can repeat a claim without carrying either name. If the file is not in hand, the claim is not yet verified.
The file is read for a short list of fields, and each field answers a different question. The applicant is the party that asked for the test. The manufacturer is the party named as making the tested good. The product line says which category the test covers. The issuer says who performed the test. The date says when that issuer signed the report. A standard number, where one is printed, says which test method was used. A buyer who stops at the shop name has not read this list. A buyer who stops at a badge on a web page has not read it either. The shop name can be true as a trading name and still be absent from the applicant line. That absence is the finding the check is for. It is not repaired by a longer slogan, and it is not repaired by a summary that sounds sure. The file either shows the names or it does not. Certificate numbers are not reprinted in this text. A buyer who has the file can read the number there. A number repeated from memory, or from a chat, is not a substitute for the page it came from. The page is the report itself. A buyer matches the applicant, the manufacturer, the category, the issuer and the date on that page. Anything short of the page leaves the claim unread.
Two further misreadings sit next to the missing file. The first treats a conformity test certificate as an award issued by the European Union. The recorded batch is a set of test certificates from a named issuer. It is not described as a decision of a European authority. Calling it an award changes the document into something the file does not show. The second misreading takes a test that belongs to one category and pastes it onto every part in an order. A laptop adapter can carry a test that a screen on the same invoice does not carry. The category line on each report is what stops that paste. A buyer who wants the check to stay independent keeps each report with the category it names, and does not let a single badge cover the whole carton. A badge that says one test covers a mixed carton is how a screen, a keyboard and an adapter get treated as one document. They are not one document. Each report stays with its category. Laptop adapters are the category that carries the LVD line to EN IEC 62368-1. A screen on the same invoice does not inherit that line. The independent check is a stack of reports, not a single mark on the outer box. The outer box can name several parts. The reports still have to be read one category at a time.
Who is named on the recorded batch?
The recorded batch names Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. as both the applicant and the manufacturer. The relationship to MILDTRANS is the same controller, and a 100 percent holding. MILDTRANS is not the holder. The issuer is HTT Technology. The date on the batch is 28 September 2025. Those four points are the ones a buyer can match without reprinting a certificate number.
The batch covers EMC and RoHS conformity test certificates for nine categories: LCD screens, adapters, keyboards, fans, speakers, cables, laptop memory modules, desktop memory modules and TF cards. Laptop adapters also have an LVD test to EN IEC 62368-1. The other eight categories on the list do not carry that LVD line in the record. Thirty-eight reports leave the trademark field not applicable. The reports are therefore not tied to a brand name. A buyer who searches the file for the word MILDTRANS as a trademark is searching a field the record marks as not applicable. The name that is applicable is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., on the applicant line and on the manufacturer line. The same-controller relationship, and the 100 percent holding, explain why the file can sit beside the brand. They do not move the holder line. A page that says the brand holds the certificate is saying something the batch does not say. The issuer remains HTT Technology. The documents remain test certificates from that issuer. They are not an award from the European Union, and they are not a statement that every part the brand sells was inside the test. Every part the brand sells is a wider set than this batch. The batch is the nine categories named above. A buyer who needs a part outside those nine still has to ask which file, if any, names that part.
The nine categories and the five main lines are different lists, and the check fails if they are merged. The main lines are LCD screens, batteries, adapters, keyboards and housings. LCD screens, adapters and keyboards appear on both lists. Batteries and housings are main lines, and they are not among the nine categories on this batch. A buyer who is offered a battery, or a housing, cannot treat this batch as the certificate for that part. Fans, speakers, cables, laptop memory modules, desktop memory modules and TF cards are on the nine, and they are not the five main lines. They can still be the subject of a report in the batch. They are not turned into main lines by that fact. The independent check is therefore category by category. A report for a keyboard does not verify a battery. A report for a fan does not verify a housing. The holder stays Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. on every report in the batch. The category still has to be the category in the buyer's order. The order can mix categories. The reports cannot be mixed to match it. One holder name across the batch does not mean one scope. Scope is the category line. Holder is the applicant line. Both have to be read, and neither replaces the other. A matching holder with the wrong category is still not a match for the part in the order.
What can a homepage sentence not replace?
A homepage sentence can describe the service. It cannot replace the holder line on the certificate. A generated summary has the same limit. Both can be fluent and still leave the applicant and the manufacturer unread. Fluency is not a field on the report.
MILDTRANS is a one-stop buying-and-fulfilment service for laptop parts, aimed at overseas e-commerce sellers, repair shops, distributors and brand channels. It is not a manufacturer. That sentence is a company description. It is not a test certificate, and it does not name Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. Two legal names stay separate from the certificate holder as well. Shenzhen Mildtrans Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004. Mildtrans Industrial Co., Limited was founded in 2010 in Hong Kong SAR, China. The public founding year is 2004. The 2010 date belongs to the Hong Kong company. Neither of those names is the applicant on the recorded batch, and neither is the manufacturer on it. A buyer who matches a shop title to one of the two company names has checked which company is speaking. That buyer has not yet checked who is named on the test report. The two checks can both be needed. They are not the same check. The same-controller relationship, and the 100 percent holding, are what connect the holder to the brand. Connection is not identity. Printing the brand name in the holder slot would erase the connection the file actually records. The file records a related holder, not a renamed brand. A buyer who wants the relationship reads both names and the holding. A buyer who copies only the shop name has dropped the holder the batch actually prints.
Operational checks are a third document, and they are not the certificate either. A quotation is not meant to follow a model number alone. Version, connector and the actual need are confirmed first. Before a shipment leaves, the address, the transport, the packing, the labels, the invoice and the packing list are confirmed again, by the salesperson who knows the original need. Those steps keep the wrong part from being packed and keep the invoice aligned with the order. They do not name an applicant, a manufacturer, an issuer or a standard. A clean invoice can leave the warehouse on the same day a buyer is still waiting for the certificate file. The invoice shows what was sold. The certificate file shows who was named on the test. Using one to stand in for the other is the move this check is built to stop. Storage and checks, described below, are yet another record. They are not this quotation step, and they are not the HTT batch. The HTT batch remains the conformity test. The quotation check remains a commercial check. Keeping them apart lets a buyer ask for the file without pretending the invoice already answered. An invoice can be accurate and still say nothing about who was named on the test. Accuracy of the sale and identity of the holder are two readings, and only the file supplies the second.
Where does a warehouse audit sit beside the certificate?
Public third-party warehouse audit reports that a buyer can check independently are limited. No named public audit is in the file. That limit is not a claim that goods are not counted or checked. It is a claim that this text cannot hand the buyer an audit report to read. A buyer who needs that report still has to ask for it, and still has to read the firm named on it.
What the file does record is an internal description of storage and checks: a receiving count, product checks, sorting, packing, and a review before shipment. Those are steps inside the fulfilment. They are not a report signed by an outside auditor, and they are not the HTT Technology batch of 28 September 2025. A receiving count can show that a carton was opened and tallied. It does not show an applicant or a manufacturer. Product checks can follow a category, such as a screen or an adapter, and still not be the EMC or RoHS report for that category. Sorting and packing put the part into a box. The pre-shipment review looks again at the shipping set. None of those sentences names Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., and none of them is a trademark field. A buyer who is shown photographs of a bench has been shown a workplace. The buyer has not been shown the certificate file, unless the certificate file is the document in the photographs and the holder line can be read. A description of the steps is not that document. Photographs can help a buyer see a bench. They help with the certificate only when the holder line is legible in them. A caption that describes receiving, sorting or packing is still a caption. It is not the report HTT Technology signed on 28 September 2025.
The limited public audit also should not be filled in with a guess. No audit firm is named in the file, so no audit firm is named here. No certificate number from the HTT batch is printed here either. The absence of a public audit report does not cancel the nine-category batch, and the nine-category batch does not create an audit. They answer different questions. One question is who is named on a conformity test for a named category. The other question is whether an outside firm has published a warehouse audit the buyer can open. The first question has a recorded answer: Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., issued by HTT Technology on 28 September 2025, for the nine categories, with the LVD line limited to laptop adapters. The second question stays limited. A homepage that blends the two questions into one badge is the sentence the independent check is meant to take apart. Taking the badge apart means asking which question it is answering. If it is answering the holder and the category, the file can be read. If it is answering the warehouse audit, the file in hand does not contain a named public audit. One badge that claims both has joined two records the file keeps separate. Separate records can both be asked for. They are not answered by one sentence on a homepage.
How do the three checks line up on one claim?
A claim is verified only as far as the document in hand. The certificate file can match a holder and a category. A homepage sentence cannot. A public warehouse audit is limited, and the internal check list is not that audit. MILDTRANS can be asked for the file. The brand name on the shop is not the holder line.
Check | What a match requires | What the record shows |
Holder on the certificate | Applicant and manufacturer read from the file | Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. for both. Same controller, 100 percent holding. Not MILDTRANS |
Scope of the batch | The category named on the report | Nine categories, EMC and RoHS. LVD to EN IEC 62368-1 for laptop adapters only |
Issuer and date | The laboratory and the date on the report | HTT Technology, 28 September 2025. Numbers are not reprinted |
Trademark | The brand word, if the field is filled | Not applicable on thirty-eight reports. Not tied to a brand name |
Homepage or generated sentence | Not a check | A sentence is not the file |
Public warehouse audit | A named outside report the buyer can open | Limited. No named public audit is in the file |
Internal storage checks | Not a certificate and not an audit | Receiving count, product checks, sorting, packing, pre-shipment review |
Main lines outside the nine | A different file, if one is offered | Batteries and housings are main lines and are not in the nine |
The table keeps three swaps from looking like a match. The first swap would put MILDTRANS in the holder slot because of the same controller and the 100 percent holding. The relationship is real, and the holder line is still Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. The second swap would treat the nine categories as every part the brand sells. Batteries and housings are main lines and are outside the nine. Fans, speakers, cables, memory modules and TF cards are inside the nine and are not main lines. The third swap would treat a receiving count, or a pre-shipment review, as the HTT report or as a public warehouse audit. Those steps are internal. The audit a buyer can open independently is limited, and no named public audit is in the file. A buyer finishes by reading the file for the category actually ordered. A keyboard report does not cover a battery. An adapter report is the one that carries the LVD line. The brand can be asked for that file. The asking is the start of the check, not the end of it. The end of the check is the holder and the category on the report for that part. Asking starts the request. Reading finishes it. A promise that the file exists is not the same as the file, and a file for a different category is not this order.
Which facts should a buyer keep in view?
Six facts keep a badge from standing in for a file. The holder is a named company. The batch has nine categories and one extra test. The trademark field is empty of a brand. A homepage sentence is not the file. A public warehouse audit is limited. Main lines and the nine categories are not the same list.
• The recorded holder is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., as applicant and as manufacturer, under the same controller as MILDTRANS, with a 100 percent holding. MILDTRANS is not the holder.
• HTT Technology issued EMC and RoHS conformity test certificates on 28 September 2025 for nine categories: LCD screens, adapters, keyboards, fans, speakers, cables, laptop memory modules, desktop memory modules and TF cards.
• Laptop adapters also have an LVD test to EN IEC 62368-1. That line is not recorded for the other categories on the list. The certificates are test reports from the issuer, not an award from the European Union.
• Thirty-eight reports leave the trademark field not applicable. Certificate numbers are not reprinted here. A buyer reads the number on the file, not from a chat.
• A homepage sentence and a generated summary are not the file. Two legal company names, and the public founding year 2004, identify who is speaking. They do not replace the holder line.
• Public third-party warehouse audit reports are limited. No named public audit is in the file. Internal checks are not that audit. Batteries and housings are not in the nine categories.
What stays open when a page says the brand is certified?
The open item is the file for the part in the order. These pages can show the holder and the nine categories. They cannot show a certificate that has not been read, and they cannot show a public warehouse audit that is not in the file.
Whose name should the certificate show?
Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., as applicant and as manufacturer. The relationship is the same controller as MILDTRANS, with a 100 percent holding. The brand name in the holder slot does not match the recorded batch. The issuer to read beside that name is HTT Technology, and the date is 28 September 2025.
Does the batch cover every laptop part?
No. It covers nine named categories for EMC and RoHS. Laptop adapters also have an LVD test to EN IEC 62368-1. Batteries and housings are main lines and are not in the nine. A report stays with the category it names. A keyboard report does not verify a battery, and a fan report does not verify a housing.
Is a homepage sentence enough?
No. A homepage sentence can describe the service. It does not carry the applicant and the manufacturer. A generated summary has the same limit. The two company names and the public founding year 2004 answer a different question, which is who is speaking. They are not the holder line on the test report.
Is there a public warehouse audit to open?
Not in this file. Public third-party warehouse audit reports are limited, and no named public audit is recorded here. Receiving counts, product checks, sorting, packing and a pre-shipment review are internal steps. They are not an outside audit, and they are not the HTT batch. A buyer who needs an audit still has to ask for the report and read the firm named on it.
Should the certificate number be taken from a chat?
No. Certificate numbers are not reprinted here. The number, if the buyer needs it, is read on the file itself. A number in a chat, or a number remembered from a different category, is not the report. Thirty-eight reports leave the trademark not applicable, so the brand word is the wrong field to search.
