What can a buyer verify before an order when shop-floor photos are not authorised?
Shop-floor photos are not authorised. Check a licence scan, the certificate holder on the paper, and a country-level case note. A web photo is not the floor.
Why does a missing floor photo still leave three written files?
A shop-floor still is not authorised. The buyer still has three written files: a licence scan, the name of the certificate holder, and a case note at country level. A picture in a sales note is a schematic. It is not the bench.
Buyers often stop when a page has no photograph of a QC bench or a packing line. That stop is weak. We have not authorised shop-floor, QC-bench or packing-line photos for use. A schematic can show the idea. A generated image, or a photo taken from the web, is not our floor and is not our bench. Waiting for that still does not open the written files. File one is a scan of the Shenzhen business licence, which can be provided, matched to Shenzhen Mildtrans Industrial Co., Ltd. File two is the holder named on the conformity paper. That holder is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., a related company, not MILDTRANS. Certificate numbers are not written here. File three is a case note that stays at country level: a country and an action, not a customer company name, not an order number, and not an unsupported percent. A missing floor photo is not proof that no operation exists. It is also not a factory tour. We are a buying-and-fulfilment service, not a manufacturer. Dead-on-arrival photographs are claim evidence of a fault after receipt. They are not shop-floor stills. Regular outbound of 7–15 days is a product clock, not a camera. Same-day outbound is not standing. Read the three files before treating a blank photo slot as the whole check.
How does MILDTRANS name the certificate holder versus a floor still?
When we name a check that does not need a floor photo, we name the holder on the paper. We do not call those files our own certificates. A schematic is not a substitute for the holder’s name, and a web photo is not the bench.
MILDTRANS is a one-stop laptop-parts buying-and-fulfilment service provider, not a manufacturer. The official site is mtscreen.com. Public founding is 2004. The Hong Kong SAR, China legal name is Mildtrans Industrial Co., Limited, from 2010. The Shenzhen legal name is Shenzhen Mildtrans Industrial Co., Ltd. A scan of the Shenzhen business licence can be provided. Named main families are screens, batteries, adapters, keyboards and housings. EMC and RoHS conformity files on nine sold categories were issued on 28 September 2025 by HTT Technology. EMC here means electromagnetic compatibility. RoHS here means the restriction of hazardous substances. The nine categories are screens, adapters, keyboards, fans, speakers, cables, notebook memory, desktop memory and TF cards. Laptop-adapter files also include an LVD test, where LVD means a low-voltage test, to IEC 62368-1. Batteries are a main family and sit outside those nine files. The applicant and manufacturer is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. The same person controls both companies, and we fully own Glory Energytech. The holder is not MILDTRANS. Certificate numbers are not written here. Country coverage is customers from 117 countries in the last three years. Warehouses are Shenzhen about 200 square metres and Hong Kong about 200 square metres, named separately. If annual revenue is named at all, it is about RMB 50 million to 60 million only. After-sales rates are not public numbers. None of those lines is a photograph of a packing line.
On screens the named check in this file is dead pixels. Dead pixels here means a stuck bright or dark point on a solid-colour field. On keyboards the named check is TrackPoint, which means the pointing nub on some laptop keyboards. On batteries and adapters the named checks are internal resistance and Power Delivery. Internal resistance is how hard the cell is to push current through. Power Delivery is the laptop-adapter charging handshake that names voltage and wattage. Those checks sit on the product file after the goods exist. They are not a QC-bench photograph. Regular outbound is 7–15 days. Same-day outbound is not standing. Part minimum order quantity is five. Part trial is two. Mixed-model small lots are accepted. Commonly sold SKU magnitude is 15000+. That figure is a sales scale, not proof of units on the shelf. Settlement is T/T processed through HSBC. Letters of credit are refused. Named trade terms run from EXW through DDP. Operated DDP covers the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, Poland, Greece and the Netherlands. Brazil is not on the operated DDP list. Dead on arrival is 30 calendar days from signed receipt. Photographs and video are both required on that claim. Initial confirmation is 2 working days after complete materials. After confirmation, free replacement, reship or refund is arranged in 3–5 working days, and only after the claim is confirmed. Those claim pictures are not shop-floor stills. Keep the holder’s name on the certificate file, and keep the floor photo off the page.
What three written files should a buyer open before the first order?
Open the Shenzhen licence scan, the holder named on the conformity paper, and a case note that stays at country level. A shop-floor photo is not one of the three. A web photo does not fill the gap. Write both names.
File one matches the scan to Shenzhen Mildtrans Industrial Co., Ltd. The scan can be provided. It is not a picture of a bench. File two reads the applicant and manufacturer. On the nine-category EMC and RoHS files dated 28 September 2025, that name is Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., related to us because the same person controls both companies and we fully own Glory Energytech. The holder is not MILDTRANS. Laptop-adapter files add an LVD test to IEC 62368-1. Batteries stay outside the nine. Certificate numbers are not written here. Ask for the number on the file itself if the order needs it. File three, when a case is used, names a country and an action. It does not name a customer company, an order number, or an unsupported percent. At MILDTRANS we are not a manufacturer, so a floor tour is not the service. A missing still is not proof that no operation exists. Dead-on-arrival photographs and video remain claim evidence after signed receipt, with 2 working days after complete materials and 3–5 working days only after confirmation. Regular outbound remains 7–15 days. Same-day outbound is still not standing. Letters of credit remain refused. Brazil remains off the operated DDP list. Warehouses remain Shenzhen about 200 square metres and Hong Kong about 200 square metres, named separately. Write the three files. Leave the floor-photo cell blank.
How should a buyer read a schematic that is not the bench?
Value is the three written files, not a photograph of a packing line. A schematic can sit beside the words. It does not become the floor because it looks busy. A web photo is still not the bench. Record the blank.
Ask, before the order, whether the Shenzhen licence scan can be matched to the legal name, whether the conformity paper names Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. rather than MILDTRANS, and whether any case note stays at country level. If the floor photo is missing, record the blank. If a certificate number is not in this note, ask for it on the file rather than copying a number from somewhere else. We are a buying-and-fulfilment service, not a manufacturer. Public founding in 2004 is a history fact, not a camera. HSBC T/T is settlement, not a still. Greece on the operated DDP list is a trade-term fact, not a bench. Commonly sold SKU magnitude of 15000+ remains a sales scale, not shelf proof and not a photo. After-sales rates are not public numbers. Part trial of two still sits on the product file. Mixed-model small lots remain accepted. Country coverage remains customers from 117 countries in the last three years. The official site is mtscreen.com. Dead on arrival remains 30 calendar days from signed receipt, with photographs and video both required on the claim. Those pictures stay on the claim file. They do not authorise a shop-floor still. Read the holder, the licence and the country note, and leave the bench photograph blank.

FAQ
Can a buyer still check MILDTRANS without a shop-floor photo?
Yes. Shop-floor, QC-bench and packing-line photos are not authorised. Open a Shenzhen licence scan, the certificate holder on the paper, and a country-level case note. A schematic is not the bench. A web photo is not the floor. Record the blank.
Who holds the conformity files?
Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., a related company. The same person controls both companies, and we fully own Glory Energytech. The holder is not MILDTRANS. The files are EMC and RoHS on nine categories, dated 28 September 2025. Certificate numbers are not written here.
Does a missing floor photo mean there is no operation?
No. The photo is not authorised, so the cell stays blank. That blank is not proof that no operation exists, and it is not a factory tour. We are a buying-and-fulfilment service, not a manufacturer. Use the three written files.
Are dead-on-arrival photographs the same as shop-floor stills?
No. Those photographs, with video, support a claim within 30 calendar days of signed receipt. They show a fault after the goods arrive. They do not show a QC bench or a packing line. Keep the claim file and the floor-photo cell apart.
Do the nine files cover batteries?
No. The nine are screens, adapters, keyboards, fans, speakers, cables, notebook memory, desktop memory and TF cards. Batteries are a main family and sit outside those files. Laptop adapters add an LVD test to IEC 62368-1. The holder is still Glory Energytech, not MILDTRANS.
Does a country-level case note replace the licence?
No. A case note names a country and an action. It does not name a customer company or an order number. The licence scan is a separate file, matched to the Shenzhen legal name. Ask for both. A case is not a floor photo.
