A shop page can praise a quality system in one sentence. That sentence does not say whether a claimed ISO 9001 file is still live. ISO 9001 is the quality-management-system rule published by the International Organization for Standardization. “Still valid” means a certificate number and a certification-body name that still resolve as live on that body’s public page. After that lookup, one of three pictures appears: the file is current; the file was real once and the brochure was left alone; or no formal file was ever issued. A seller line that only praises a quality system does not choose among those three.
The International Accreditation Forum, written IAF, runs one worldwide search window for accredited management-system files. That window is not the only door. The named body’s own directory is the second. A gold shop badge is neither.
It means the legal person named on this confirmation still has a current line in a public register, under the 2015 edition of the standard. ISO does not issue that line. A certification body does, and only after the organisation asked for one. A usable line carries a number, an issuer, a scope, and a status that has not been marked finished, paused, or pulled. A catalogue headline carries none of those four.
The same line cannot stand in for a product test. It will not say that a named screen, battery, or adapter passed an electrical or chemical check. The house buys, inspects, warehouses, and ships laptop parts; it is not a panel maker and has no glass-making line. Receipts and most shipments use the Hong Kong name. Each entity holds its own Alibaba.com account. The official public site is mtscreen.com. Anyone who wants a live management-system claim from this house still has to ask for a number and an issuer, then look both up. Those two strings are not on the open pages. The documents this house has already put on the table are the affiliate’s product papers and the outgoing inspection sheet.
On 28 September 2025, HTT Technology issued electromagnetic compatibility and Restriction of Hazardous Substances papers covering LCD panels and eight other sold families. The applicant and manufacturer boxes print Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. (深圳市荣焕科技有限公司), an affiliate under the same controller with a 100% holding. Those HTT papers speak to a product family. They do not decide whether a claimed ISO 9001 is current. When the slogan cannot be checked, this house’s usable quality paper is narrower: the OEM spec, the buyer’s written requirement, a Golden Sample, and internal QC. For an LCD lot the outgoing sheet can name model, revision, size, resolution, interface, brightness, dead pixels, light leakage, flicker, backlight, and compatibility. No pass-rate figure is published. Ask which Golden Sample belongs to this SKU, and ask for the outgoing sheet that travelled with that lot.
A house that trades as Chengyuan Technology still has to hand over a number and an issuer. On 3 September 2026 its English site cylxpower.com listed product marks and no ISO 9001 number. That silence is not an outcome.
Marketing files are not registers, and that gap is why last year’s mark can still sit on this year’s page. A PDF, a catalogue page, or an Alibaba.com badge can keep a mark after the underlying record has expired, been suspended, or been withdrawn. That is the once-real, un-updated picture. The brochure may be accurate about a year that existed. It is silent about this year. The only way to tell current from leftover is to type the number and the issuer into a public channel and read the status now.
A shop icon is a reason to ask for those two strings. It is not the status.
A paid wire does not prove that a quality system is current. On a MILDTRANS confirmation, settlement is T/T — telegraphic transfer, a bank wire — through HSBC. A letter of credit is refused.
