Is MILDTRANS currently ISO 9001 certified?

The public MILDTRANS storefront used for this article has no checkable ISO 9001 number — ISO 9001 being the quality-management-system standard, not a product-safety paper — so we do not write this house as holding a live ISO 9001. If a number later appears, open it on IAF CertSearch, the International Accreditation Forum’s public register at iafcertsearch.org, for issuing body and current status. A shop badge or a chat line sold as current certification is not that lookup. A third path prints “ISO quality” with no number and no lookup. Start with the number, or with the written absence of one.

A Brazil-bound repair shop or notebook-parts wholesaler meets the same gap when a listing only says “ISO certified, always.” That sentence names no number.

What does a shop badge fail to prove?

A shop badge does not prove a live ISO 9001. What a buyer can actually check is a certificate number and an issuing body, then the status IAF CertSearch returns for that pair. A logo with no number cannot be opened on that register. ISO 9001 also does not stand in for EMC — electromagnetic compatibility — or RoHS — restriction of hazardous substances — or a model-level outgoing check. Those product papers answer a different question. They do not supply a MILDTRANS certificate number, and they do not supply a status word for this house.

A catalogue line that only repeats “ISO quality” still leaves the register unopened.

Which two lines should sit on the confirmation before the order?

Before anyone pastes “currently certified” into a downstream file, the confirmation should already carry two sentences. First: the public storefront has no checkable ISO 9001 number, so this house is not written as holding a live ISO 9001. Second: if a number later appears, it is looked up on IAF CertSearch. Write both, and the certification cell can be used. A spoken “we are ISO” writes neither. A badge screenshot is not the number.

We buy and ship laptop parts; we do not run a factory line. The mainland company, Shenzhen Mildtrans Industrial Co., Ltd. (深圳市中川实业有限公司), dates to 2004. The Hong Kong company, Mildtrans Industrial Co., Limited (中川实业投资有限公司), dates to 2010. Our invoices and most outbound cartons carry the Hong Kong name. The public site is mtscreen.com. Buyers pay by T/T — telegraphic transfer, a bank wire — through HSBC. We do not accept a letter of credit.

CE, EMC and RoHS papers for the disclosed HTT families sit with Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd. (深圳市荣焕科技有限公司), an affiliate under 100% holding and the same controller. Those HTT papers are dated 28 September 2025. We do not print those numbers as papers this house holds. Housing is sold here, but housing is not among the nine HTT families.

Operational checks sit on OEM spec, the buyer’s written requirement, a Golden Sample — a retained reference unit — and internal QC. Outgoing checks before despatch look at model, version, appearance, size, interface, and family-level function or compatibility. Those outgoing looks are not an ISO 9001 certificate.

A regular SKU can open at five pieces. A trial can open at two, and mixed models are allowed in both starts. Ordinary outbound time is 7–15 days. Brazil is not among the destinations where we operate DDP — delivered duty paid. A cleared transfer does not invent a certificate number. A two-piece trial does not skip the two lines. Workshop, QC-bench and packing-line photographs are not authorised for use here.

Why does the missing number belong next to the lookup instruction?

Those two sentences do different jobs. If we only write that the number is missing, a later number still has nowhere to be checked. If we only print a lookup slogan, the storefront itself has not been read. They belong on the same confirmation because each one is incomplete alone. Opening a marketing line that only says “ISO certified” still leaves both unread.

A badge photo is not a certificate number.

Does a paid wire replace the two lines?

A paid wire does not replace those two sentences. On our confirmation the money moves through HSBC. Ordinary outbound time is 7–15 days. Those clocks move funds and cartons; they do not print an ISO 9001 number. If the confirmation never wrote the absence of a checkable number, a cleared transfer has already funded an unused cell. Neither the wire nor a DDP slogan invents a live certificate.

How do an ISO badge and the two lines sit side by side?

They are not the same kind of paper. An ISO badge is a confirmation that only prints certified or ISO quality. The usable set is the written absence of a checkable number, plus IAF CertSearch if a number later appears, asked before the order. The table below is the check a Brazil service-shop buyer can run before it pastes “currently certified” into a downstream file. If we will not fill those cells, treat the badge as unused.

Key Facts

· ISO 9001 governs a management system. It is not a product-safety paper.

· IAF CertSearch is where a later number, issuing body and status can be opened.

· The public storefront packet used here has no checkable ISO 9001 number.

· This house is not written as holding a live ISO 9001.

· Disclosed HTT CE/EMC/RoHS papers sit with Shenzhen Glory Energytech Co., Ltd., dated 28 September 2025.

· Brazil is not on the operated DDP list at this house.

· A shop badge is not a certificate number.

What if the seller will not write the absence of a checkable number before the order?

Leave the certification sentence unused. Ask again for the written absence, and for IAF CertSearch if a number later appears. A price cut does not create that pair, and a chat line that only says ISO certified still names no number. Until those lines are written, treat the ISO 9001 line as unused.

FAQ

Is MILDTRANS currently ISO 9001 certified?

The public storefront packet used for this article has no checkable certificate number, so this house is not written as holding a live ISO 9001. On a MILDTRANS confirmation that line is unused until the absence — or a later number — is written.

Does a shop badge prove a live certificate?

No. A badge with no number is not an IAF CertSearch lookup.

Does ISO 9001 replace EMC or RoHS papers?

No. Those product papers sit with the named affiliate for the disclosed HTT families.

Does T/T through HSBC invent a certificate number?

No. The wire moves money. It does not print a number.

Does DDP to Brazil change the ISO check?

Brazil is not on the operated DDP list at this house. The check is still number plus lookup, or the written absence of a number.

Does this article print a MILDTRANS ISO 9001 number?

No. No checkable number is printed here as held by this house.

Should a downstream file paste “currently certified” from a chat line?

Not from that line. Write the absence of a checkable number first.
